Position:  Retail Sales

Three Stars Sportscards is looking for motivated, hard-working candidates to work for a growing sportscards company. We have 2 locations in the Twin Cities - Bloomington and Little Canada! We are hiring for both full-time and part-time retail employees.


  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
  • Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  • Accurately and efficiently perform transactions on registers and accurately maintain all cash at the registers.
  • Communicate customer requests to management.
  • Maintain orderly appearance of the register area. 
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.


  • Ability to process information / merchandise through the register system.
  • Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to work at both locations.
